Trevor’s Story

December 29, 2020

Trevor Seever’s life was tragically taken, on December 29th 2020, by a Modesto Police Officer, on the grounds of Church of the Brethren in Modesto, CA. Trevor was unarmed and did not resist arrest. Currently, the Police Officer has been fired and has been charged with manslaughter.

On behalf of the family, this website has been created to spread awareness and to ask friends, family and the community to help seek justice for Trevor.

While we understand that all those in Law Enforcement put their lives on the line, it has become painfully clear that change is long overdue and we all must fight to put an end to Police Brutality. Our Law Enforcement Agencies need to be held accountable when they move from “Serve and Protect” to “Shoot to Kill.”

We invite you to learn more about what took place that painful December day and welcome any suggestions or help of any kind in seeking justice for Trevor Seever. The family is so very grateful for the positive support from the community as well as friends and family.
